GLK Financial Group unites the fintech projects born from Delos Banking — independent companies in digital banking, payments, and core software, sharing one origin and one standard, and working with operators, regulators, and governments across emerging markets.
Delos Banking came first — a cross-border banking and settlement platform serving institutional clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Its rails, its ledger, and its client work became the foundation for everything that followed.
GLK is the name for what grew out of it: five independent companies spanning digital banking, consumer wallets, QR payments, and core banking software — each built to the same standard. Launched as a new initiative in 2026, the ecosystem works with private enterprise, governments, and public institutions to modernise financial systems.
Before there was an ecosystem, there was a platform: ledger, payment rails, FX, and compliance infrastructure, developed in-house and proven with institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions. Every GLK project traces back to that work.
Delos built accounts, payments, FX, and settlement as working infrastructure for real institutional clients — proven in production, not in pitch decks.
Each venture answered demand Delos met in the field — consumer wallets, QR payments, payment APIs, core banking software. Same rails, same standards, new company.
GLK gives that family of companies a shared name and a common direction — an initiative established in 2026, with a formal structure now taking shape.
Independent companies, all built on infrastructure that began at Delos.
We work alongside finance ministries, central banks, and public agencies to modernise national payment systems and financial infrastructure — bringing operating experience from across the ecosystem to the rigour sovereign work demands.
Nothing here started from zero. Every project is built from infrastructure and operating experience proven at Delos.
Core banking, payments, and engineering capability are built once and deployed across the ecosystem — each company starts where the last one left off.
Independent companies, common standards. Governance and compliance follow the expectations of regulators, central banks, and government partners.
Our offices respond to verified institutional and government correspondence.
