The ecosystem · Governance

Stewardship, oversight, and accountability.

Governance in the GLK ecosystem lives where the licences live: in each independent company. What binds them is a common standard, set by the work done at Delos Banking.

Framework

How the ecosystem is governed.

Each project is an independent company with its own board, its own licence obligations, and its own accountability to its regulator. GLK is a new initiative rather than a holding structure; a formal group framework is currently being established.

What the projects share is a framework of standards, controls, and reporting that originates from Delos Banking — compliance and financial-crime controls built for regulated, multi-jurisdictional finance. Each company adopts those standards within its own governance, aligned to the expectations of regulators, central banks, and government partners.

Oversight

Governance framework.

Company boards

Each project is governed by its own board, accountable to its shareholders and its regulator in its jurisdiction.

Audit & risk

Financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management are maintained within each company, proportionate to its licence.

Shared standards

Compliance, financial-crime, and conduct standards originate from Delos Banking and are adopted across every project in the ecosystem.

Formal structuring

A formal legal structure for the ecosystem is currently being established, bringing the shared framework under common governance.
